In 2017, 7Matti Construction Co met with American Superconductor (AMSC) to discuss their current manufacturing and office requirements. AMSC was the property owner of 64 Jackson Road Devens, MA and was looking for a new efficient manufacturing headquarters and facility due to changes in their manufacturing process.
7Matti Construction Co Identified a former food manufacturing facility that was being vacated. Working with AMSC and the local government, 7Matti Construction Co renovated and relocated AMSC to its new state-of-the-art home at 114 East Main Street Ayer, MA.
As part of the transaction, 7Matti Construction Co purchased 64 Jackson Road. After the relocation of AMSC, 7Matti Construction Co renovated 64 Jackson Road for an existing tenant of the 7Matti Construction Co portfolio.
